The National Static Caravan Owners Union is working to bring stronger legal support to our members.
Legal Support for Members
The Union is currently in discussions with a major UK law firm to provide legal support services to our members free of charge.
Our aim is to give holiday home and static caravan owners access to professional legal guidance when dealing with serious issues involving parks, contracts, fees, sales practices and owner rights.
This service has not yet launched, but we hope to introduce it within the next couple of months once final arrangements have been agreed.
Who Will Qualify?
To qualify for free legal support, members must have been a member of the Union for at least 6 months.
Legal support will only cover issues that arise after joining the Union. It will not normally cover disputes, claims or problems that started before membership began.

- Unreasonable pitch fee increases
- Undisclosed or excessive charges
- Misrepresentation during sales
- Unfair treatment by park operators
- Disputes arising after joining the Union
