Beautiful 3 bed Carvan

We purchased this beautiful caravan in July 2026, but unfortunately, due to a change in our circumstances, we no longer have the time to enjoy it and have reluctantly decided to sell.

The caravan is situated in a lovely location with plenty to see and do. Everyone on the site is very friendly, and owners also benefit from a range of additional perks. The site is open for approximately 10½ months of the year.

Electricity is paid through a card or app meter, while gas is billed four times a year. Water and sewerage charges are included in the annual site fees.

The caravan has recently had brand-new front steps installed and is currently fully furnished. We have only visited three times, so the furnishings and contents are still practically new. We would be happy to include everything in the sale if the buyer wishes.
