Our lovely Resort Delta Plus static caravan is situated on a great pitch at Looe Bay Holiday Park in Cornwall. Measuring 35ft x 12ft, it has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people, including two using the lounge sleeping area.

The caravan features a comfortable and well-appointed lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker and fridge, a shower room with WC, plus a separate additional WC. All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale.

Looe Bay Holiday Park is a fantastic location for holidays and longer stays, with excellent facilities for both adults and children. The park has a clubhouse, bar and restaurant offering food, drinks and family entertainment, along with a well-stocked convenience store and nearby launderette.

The caravan enjoys a particularly good position, far enough from the main entertainment area to be peaceful and quiet, while still within easy walking distance of the park's facilities.
