Atlas Debonair 38 x 12, this two bedroom van has a unique setting in a small site near Kirkcudbright. It has seventeen years left of a twenty year plot lease, with stunning views over the Solway Firth, and situated on a plot that has a high degree of privacy. It has gas central heating with an efficient fully serviced boiler, with radiators in all rooms. Gas is piped to the van so no requirement for gas bottles. The heating system has a temperature control which can be set to a minimum temperature during the winter avoiding any potential freezing in the colder months. The windows have been dressed with Apollo blinds at a cost of £2K providing privacy and a warm atmosphere when closed. The van has full wi fi from an onsite provider and with an apple accessory you can enjoy full Sky TV if you have sky at home. The mattress in the main bedroom has been replaced with an M & S quality mattress, providing home comfort while at the van. An outside storage unit has been installed and can be seen in the pictures. The van has a gas hob with an electric cooker, a large fridge freezer, and ample storage space throughout. there is a shower room with toilet in addition to an en suite toilet in the main bedroom. We have replaced the standard caravan suite with a contemporary stressless nordic three piece leather suite with reclining chairs and foot stools.
